    Monthly Home Buyers’ Seminar
    Saturday, 3/16, 11 am – 12:30 pm

My partner, Jodi Barmash, and I are doing yet another of our monthly Home Buyers’ Seminars this Saturday morning at our office at 7920 W Sunset Blvd.

Join us along with Lamont Smith of PNC Bank, who will answer all your mortgage questions, and Robert Cohen of Farmers Insurance, who will inform you about the ins and out of buying home insurance. Light refreshments will be served and a door prize will be given out.

Please RSVP at or call me directly at 310-807-6169. And check out our new website at

We will be discussing Courthouse Foreclosures, Short Sales and REOs (lender-owned properties) and can show you which of these offers you the best deals now in purchasing real estate. We will also discuss special programs available through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD. Some of these offer the b est loan programs currently on the market.

We will also discuss Escrows, Taxes and Title Insurance, and take you through the somewhat daunting process of purchasing property in Southern California. And we explain how and why you are often more protected here as a consumer than when you buy property in any other state.

We look forward to see you on Saturday!
